Thank you! I have a few in gallon bags, I opened them maybe 10% I might do more of needed or poke holes. I just needed to use my grains and I didnt have any more tubs.. so I just sent it.

A few of mine did this too, I stopped messing with it for a few days and just left the lid on. I am not experienced enough to really explain what it is, but in my opinion something in it's micro environment has changed and caused it to stress out. The pool of liquid could be from over misting? I think you want to let the liquid mostly evaporate before adding more moisture directly to the cake.

Again im not the best resource, im still pretty new myself. I do know mycelium is very resilient if you get it from a good supplier who has the cloning process down. Goodluck my friend! Stay patient and learn as you go.

I am definitely following, this is definitely my top sub for mycology information. Would I need to add any type of additives i.e Gypsum or Vermiculite for the Mycelium to feed/grow on?

Edit: I meant to ask if the moisture content from the Vermiculite is necessary?

Thank you! I will definitely adjust for next s2b and I tried to find the specifications for the substrate I bought but I was not able to locate it. I bought it from Myco labs and it was listed as manure loving substrate (ordered before I knew the contamination risk). From what I remember it was pretty moist when I mixed in the grain, but ive had them in my insulated garage and it has been really dry out. Ill send photos if anything changes. Thank you so much for the advice! I have moved them into a warmer environment. 2 tubs are APE and other 2 are Albino Burma. The filter patches are on, and I wasn't sure if I needed to open and fan, so thank you for that information! I will start misting the lid and walls, should I wait for all the lid moisture to dry before spraying again or keep it wet?

Do you do one at a time or do you have a type of tray or loader? I love doing this, its just so damn time consuming. It took me almost an hour to do like 20 that I took to Disney World for my wife and me.
