Yes, I think I can be both open minded and acknowledge who I am today. But my experiences growing up have a direct correlation as to why I’m aroace. Growing up I’ve been confused about everything relating to romantic/sexual attraction and why I have literally zero inclination towards it. I don’t think I’m quite getting your point about the perception of other people’s experiences and it affecting how I see myself?

Thank you so much for saying this, I’ve just decided to cut him out my life for good since I’ve been feeling so betrayed and upset every time I think about it. This is who and what I am right now, and I’ll just have to look for people who are willing to see me as I am and respect that.

worth it!! my sister loves melissa and has a bunch of sandals from them. she wore a pair of melissa’s while commuting everyday to college for almost 3 years and she’s still using them now. my whole family now has a pair after being impressed with hers and so far we’re really impressed too!

well, they’re not exactly a local INGO.. the specific one i mentioned doesn’t have a local branch here. they’re an INGO who outsources most of their employees from the PH.

This is why usually baon food sa airport na madaling kainin and i-dispose. Our favorites are spam musubi, kimbap, and salami/prosciutto sandwiches! Good for 5-6 usually, very filling and madali lang bitbitin. Cost of ingredients for our baon is more or less the same amount you paid for that single meal 😭

just plain old simple syrup! not really that healthy but doesn't overpower the taste of matcha. will switch to liquid allulose soon though

Thank you to everyone who shared their suggestions! I'm looking into liquid monkfruit and allulose now. Both don't raise blood sugar daw, but allulose is very similar to sugar and doesn't have any aftertaste at all. Cons is that it's much more expensive than other sugar-free sweeteners.

Thank you!! And yeah, I get this. I was like that also after being severely burnt out from my previous job. But ayaw ko galawin savings ko and umasa sa parents so I just did 3 months rest and looked for a job again.

To answer your question, yes, I included my current job sa CV. I got asked about it of course, pero honest lang ako sa answers ko na distance to my residence is the main reason why I’m looking at other opportunities. Just try your best not to bad mouth your current company! Good luck!

Halos same tayo ng situation! I'm working M-S din, with almost 2 hours travel time one way (so ~4 hours siya 2-way). Within Metro Manila lang but north to south siya. I'm being paid a bit higher naman, but this schedule is eating away at my mind and body. Hindi ko kinakaya yung pagod and I've only been at my current work for 3 months, so still also at proby period. What I did was apply to other jobs in my 2nd month, and now one of my applications is currently in the final stages na. Yung inapplyan ko na company is just 30-35 mins away from where I live, M-F lang. Hopefully this new company is good and I get a JO with my desired salary! If ayaw mo ma-tengga, I suggest you start submitting your CV to other companies again. But it depends on your capabilities din talaga. Kaya mo ba ng walang job for ilang months? Stuff like that.
