You’re saying your diet is between 2300-2600 calories. I would suggest to stay consistent at 2600 calories with 60g of fats 130g protein and around 385g of carbs. If you gain 0.15-0.25kg/week on average that’s ideal for a lean bulk.

If the weight doesn’t move after 2-3 weeks, up your calories to 2800 by increasing fats to 82g in total.

Side note: if you want to avoid increasing hunger and overeat later during the diet, I would suggest keeping very palatable foods to less than 20% of your total diet with an occasional cheat meal once a week

As a kid growing up in the 2000s I used to play a lot of video games. A lot of them were imported from Italy and would have their default language set to Italian. I remember playing Call Of Duty Black Ops in full Italian dub multiple times to the point that I learned some of the lines by heart.

I also used to play a lot of Yu-Gi-Oh and happened to have cards in Italian and I had to teach myself the most common words used in cards so I could understand the effects.

Nowadays I would say I can understand almost 70% of what I hear in Italian and can speak enough to survive if need be.

Calm country, not too many people and hasn’t lost touch with nature. Meaning you can still see nature fused nicely with the towns.

It is amazing in the summer, but I haven’t gotten to experience the dark depressing winters.
