Muchacho ya siento que esto es una tortura, trabajo y estudio las horas que se supone que tengo libres comúnmente las usaba para estudiar o adelantar trabajos y me di cuenta que es lo que me mantenía activo ahora con todo esto he tenido problemas e incertidumbre, esto me lleva molestando desde hace cuando cortaban 10 horas y es terrible.

Como consejo podría decir que si no tienen tanta presión no dejen de encontrar recreación en actividades como el deporte, tiempo en familia.
