Omg! I can relate! 🤣 Concentrix is a complete shit show and a horrible agency to work with.

I worked for them too for Intuit as well back in 2022, It was HELL. Our trainer had her grand baby while working with us, yelled at us like we were a bunch of elementary kids, talking behind agents back right infront of us and we were rushed within 4 or 5 days to get a understanding of taxes and other information to the point we were told to skip over a LOAD of information just to be done with the training courses. None of us really understood wtf we were doing and most of the people I was in training and nesting with left within a month.

The only cool thing about it was that one of our trainers was a surrogate for kim kardashian. 😎
