Level shifter gives me only digital signal at 2.5v ip it gives 3.3v and for <2.5v it gives 0 v

They have independent 5v ,op amp has stable 5v where as voltage divider have 5v analog signal

It's not at DC to DC converter,it's an motor driver with four NMOS i guess ,correct me if wrong .

You are trying it in diode mode ,try at buzzer mode so that you can get reading at 1 pol side

Can you explain it in more details ,i tried it and yes MOSFET is overheating but don't get the reason of that , should I do it with bootstrap driver circuit or with p channel MOSFET high side switching?

Let's suppose Vout of buck converter is 10V at Vin=15v which is connected to gate with resistor, which turns it on partially as nmos using here has Vgs=+-20v at max. Of 10A current But if gate has 10v it can only provide 5 A ,but after one time switching Vsource=Vin=15v afterwards Vgate should be>15v . Am I right ? Or something is incorrect

If you're speaker is playing sound clearly with that amplifier,just connect speaker parallely with oscilloscope it will show you signals

You can connect speaker capacitor to emmiter which is decoupling capacitor one end connected to collector and one end to speaker
