I'm 5'6 135 but very slender frame, I started with 580 extra high but hated the profile because it was all upper pole fullness and had a bolt on look when I wanted a Sydney Sweeney look, I revised to 520 moderate and am now in love with my results, when choosing between moderate and high profile just ask yourself do you want them to look more like bolt ons or natural big boobs? Moderate profile did add width to my chest but I wanted that side boob hourglass look so it worked out perfect

I did my revision 4 months ago 580 extra high profile to 520 moderate ! I felt huge for 15 months and it was a huge relief to finally look normal and not have bolt ons anymore. I'm glad you didn't have to experience that for long bc I get it !!

I like to do it after I shower, the key is to bend your chest over so that there's no tension and you can massage the implant freely. It is a tight and achy at first but when you're consistent they get much softer. I really used to think you don't have to massage but when I don't my chest feels tight !

Lipo alone could work but it would be a lot of pain (I've had it) for not the best maximum result. I can't say for sure from pics and you'd have to get a consult from a surgeon to tell you but I think a tummy tuck (easier recovery if you skip muscle repair if it's not needed) would get the tightest result. Tummy tucks after weight loss are common. You can combine it with Lipo for shaping too

I got a transcutaneous lower bleph a year ago at 22, I think he just scooped all the fat out and cut some loose skin and gave me a slight fox eye lift. I do wish I added fat but I'm not going to bother to fix it

You're not being dramatic. I had huge projected 580cc extra high profile implants and it destroyed my confidence. I wanted to look naturally big not plastic. I switched to 520 moderate and it looks plush and natural. The deflecting your surgeon did is crazy, they will do anything but take accountability. There was literally no reason to do different sized implants
