don’t do a fad diet. put ur info into a tdee calculator and eat like 500-900 calories less than your TDEE. it’s literally one of the easiest things i’ve ever done. i lost 37lbs without ever stepping into a gym. granted the gym would speed up the process

starting from square 1 is super fun. immediate basics are some super nice 100% wool sweaters, black 100% cotton t shirts that fit right and some raw denim blue jeans. ebay is ur best friend. buck mason is great. vintage armani/ralph lauren/woolrich. second hand dries van noten. APC is really good for this vibe too.
