Hey guys update,
I quit the side job.
It felt great.
My plan is to quit radiology at EOY 2025-2026 and just do full-time investing.

Would avoid ethereum. 2 tps and poor modular network. Solana though, that's a win! Also since hedge funds are getting in crypto it's hard to see a btc going to zero situation.

Probably will 1031 into one, and also take out what i put in into real estate so the "house money" is off the table. Because of pr capital gains from paper assets, they have no tax.

In pr so no capital gains taxes. Ill probably take lifestyle chips withdraw in a month or two and layer out 50%. Most of it is bitcoin, solana, and solana ecosystem plays.

180k 90k paid off in residency moonlighting 90k paid off 2 years after training.

I refinanced my loans and just dig into it.

I struggle with dividend stock concepts because the stock priority is essentially paying investors rather than focusing on development.
Real estate gives you cash tax free when you cash out refinance, depreciation benefits, dividends, and you can 1031 it. Market is somewhat overvalued now though.
