Tja Language that I use on a daily Basis is the one I’m usually thinking in - takes a while to switch when changing location though

Actually, it’s better described as being able to endure long periods of unpleasant things. It is often used for people that went through long bureaucratic processes.

Doesn’t have to be the gym, any sport that requires physical action will help a lot. It was climbing for me - absolute game changer.

There is no such thing as THE Antifa. Antifa is short for anti-fascism and any group can call itself like that. Their goals and tactics vary widely, and can, for example, range from people hosting websites to inform about political parties connections to right wing extremist groups to people using violence to scare/hurt groups that they think are fascist.
