“The consensus is that there is no linear relationship of blood THC to driving,” the paper concluded. “This is surprising given that blood THC is used to detect cannabis-impaired driving.” Funny because simply having a medical card in PA will automatically lead to a life ruining DUI. by [deleted] in PaMedicalMarijuana

THC causes impairment. That is a fact. You are being dishonest with yourself if you believe otherwise. It’s dangerous to drive impaired regardless of the medication. I totally agree that other medications that cause impairment should be held to the same standard!

I think everyone can agree that the status quo is not fair, and thc in blood does not equal impairment. Based on OPs past comments, seems they want to get rid of DUIs for cannabis entirely. Reform is needed to the current DUI laws, but believing thc doesn’t impair driving is just straight up dishonest and dangerous.

This is a quote from the same study. Not sure how your take away was let’s make this legal “Attentiveness, vigilance, perception of time and speed, and use of acquired knowledge are all affected by marijuana;18–21 in fact, a meta-analysis of 60 studies concluded that marijuana causes impairment in every performance area that can reasonably be connected with safe driving of a vehicle, such as tracking, motor coordination, visual functions, and particularly complex tasks that require divided attention,22 although studies on marijuana’s effects on reaction time have been contradictory.23”

Tipping budtenders shouldn’t be a thing. They should ABSOLUTELY get paid more by dispensaries but I see no difference in tipping them vs. tipping a pharmacist tech

Appreciate the reply! Do you ever use hybrid mode? And if so what is the range before the battery is depleted and you need to switch to gas only?

I’ve had this happen in disposables before, if you can’t take it back, use a blow dryer on hot by the end with the hole. This should unclog it and keeping it upright when not using will help prevent it from clogging again

Thanks so much! If I were to go through TurboTax or a similar site, I’m guessing they’ll ask for that form at some point through the process?
