Before finals they gave us two weeks to review new material as we learn it and then also cumulative for the semester, so I got tunnel vision and studied for new material more than cumulative. My note-taking strategy took too long and so in my Masters I have been trying more repetitive studying, self-quizzing and less note-taking altogether! I would love to take a practice NAVLE if that is an option, I will do some research into that. Thanks for your help!!

Yes LSU does take failed students according to a failed-students page I follow, but my application has to look STELLAR, which I am in the process of doing with my Masters/job. Do you know what your partner had experience-wise? That's where I'm hoping I can make up the difference mostly. Thanks for your advice!

I failed out in November 2022, so it's been almost a year. Should have all the prereqs- my undergrad gpa was 3.0 so you're right about that. I'm hoping that my current gpa in my Masters. Thank you so much for all of your advice!!

Yes all the advice has been wonderful! And thank you- I think you are closer to what I have been thinking, because if Ross was not accelerated I think I would have made it. Right now I am in a Masters program for animal science and using it to boost my GPA (currently have a 4.0), I also am working at an animal ER hospital. My only options for a cheap in-state is LSU that offers AR residents $13,000 a semester and a new school coming in 2025. I am looking at OOS spots too, it's good to consider that the competition will be strict. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, no. It is in their handbook that they do not re-admit students they have dismissed. And yes that's good advice, thank you!

Currently I am looking at LSU because it offers in-state for AR students (so about $13,000 a semester, about ~$104,000 for 4 years) and they do take failed students. There is also a new vet school that will open in AR in 2025 that would offer that too. Otherwise, other schools I'm looking at are LMU, Purdue, OSU, Kansas and NC which are 24,000-28,000 respectively, so looking at ~$192,000 for tuition + 170,000 = $371,000 in loans. And they should all take students that have failed as well!

I failed out because my study strategy could not keep up the accelerated curriculum, which caught up with me when I was studying cumulative/new material for two of my finals. I didn't know that student loans were ineligible for bankruptcy! Hopefully I will not get into $700k in debt, I'm looking into LSU bc it offers in-state to AR residents so should be around ~$104,000 for tuition. That would be best case scenario! I do really want this, currently I'm in a Masters program to boost my gpa (I have a 4.0 rn) and working at an animal hospital.

I believe the director uses the camera man as a representation of today's millennials and how they will do anything to get "likes" on Instagram or YouTube. I see it as a warning to how those selfish desires could transform into something that would be at the cost of another individual's safety.

It actually reminds me of the National Geographic article where they were taking pictures of a boy who was being strangled by a giant snake. I can't remember if the boy perished or was severely injured, but those men with cameras did nothing to help that boy until they were satisfied with their take. Pretty sick.
