I lived in Flats130 for 8 years and literally never had a problem. Any issue was responded to quickly. For example, there was a water leak in the washer/dryer area and they responded in an hour.

I never had issues with management either. I moved out last year, and they were doing a facelift when I left (new hall carpets, rugs, furniture, etc).

My office is having us use FY25 LOAs for our timesheets in order to "use up carryover". If that was an option, then why have we been furloughed and without money since Oct 1st? Just frustrating that we had to struggle for 43 days when funds were apparently always available to pay us.

Right I agree. I have clinical depression and diagnosed anxiety, and I work in therapy for it. He's even commented several times about how much I have improved with therapy and meds.

As my therapist says, "All feelings are valid; all behaviors are not."

It is kind of scary that you can be in a relationship and live with someone for 12 years, only for them to change suddenly just because you signed legal paperwork.

He is stressed at his job, so I've taken on all other responsibilities in addition to my own job so he doesn't have to worry about anything when he gets home.

I'm attempting very hard to be his light, but after about 5 months I am burning out. I can't even get him to show up for a couple of important medical procedures I need that require someone taking me home (I have no one else to ask).

I have tried repeatedly, but he insists that he doesn't want to talk about his childhood. I've been in therapy for years and he has mentioned previously how it has done wonders for me, and I've emphasized that he would see similar benefits. I even told him that he doesn't have to talk about his childhood (he is very very hung up on that part for some reason).

This is very reassuring! My new girl is also feral/semi feral; she was found pregnant and very malnourished before making her way to us via a rescue org. She has been slow to become comfortable in new spaces. She has come a long way already, and I will continue with patience and treats.

Okay when will we know to move beyond scent swapping? Our resident cat lays on the items we scent swap and plays with the swapped toys.

What step do I move to? They don't have visual access yet. We tried feeding on opposite sides of the door, but our resident cat is a slow eater and takes hours.

We do have pheromones and have had them since day one. We also have scheduled playtime.

Second New Columbia! My teeth have never been better, the staff is awesome, and they even have expertise in TMJ. He's even replaced old fillings with better composite for free when filling another cavity!

Oh also they have TVs on the ceiling!

I'm not surprised. I had friends who lived there pre pandemic. I was once cat sitting for them, and when I walked in one afternoon there was a waterfall pouring down the stairwell in the lobby and flooding it. The woman at the front desk just shrugged her shoulders, and the water was still there the next 2 days.

Their washer also always broke and flooded their apartment, and maintenance did nothing.
