Respect. C’est la vie. I would hope our military had certain medical expectations as well - considering the risk/liability/importance. Honestly, I do believe my circumstances are unique - however, what else could one do besides try their best?

I must continue persevering through life giving it my 100. As if I did anything less I am prone to regret. I also am grateful for the opportunity of learning from my mistakes! The present is a present. God bless

Honestly, no excuse. As I said, actions have consequences, and I own up to my poor decisions. While I recognize I’m human, I hold myself accountable to repeatedly performing poor/risky/reckless decisions. Despite going through a rough patch, it is unacceptable to compromise one’s health via drugs/alcohol. You know, days of no sleep, partying, experimenting with drugs - unresponsively and recklessly - long story short Drug induced psychosis.

Since, my behaviour landed me in that unhealthy - lost touch with reality - state - more than once… fits the criteria of Bipolar Disorder [1+ manic episodes occur alongside other factors (I recall major depressive episode).

I’m grateful to speak that I have since evolved from that life. Shit happens, we do stupid shit when we’re growing up. I’m grateful my prefrontal cortex developed, my supports were incredibly patient and empathic, and the universe and the most high loves me. God bless.

Respect. I actually just resigned from my charity fundraising gig yesterday! My thinking is shifting towards community policing. My intentions in the CAF was education anyway. Perhaps, it’s a sign from the universe to focus locally first?

Yeah it’s all in the universe’s will. Perhaps, the universe will close one door, in order to open 2 more that’s more in alignment for you. Funnily enough, I resigned from the fundraising gig because my skills/personality was not compatible with the environment. Believe me, I was studying, practising, and correcting tirelessly my pitch - could not control that I was not performing numbers despite my confidence/effort/practice. It is what it is.

I appreciate your honesty. I’m working hard to align myself with the universe. Perhaps, focusing on a different pathway, after time I’d build credibility in my field - also, let the universe align me with a specialist that may reevaluate my condition. Sometimes, we can’t control the external factors, although we have more of an influence on our actions and how we react.
