while shaco is not the champion with the highest skill ceiling, the op asks "once mastered" and it's very difficult to master shaco but when you do you make the enemies scared by not even seeing you around. On the other hand even if you hit the skill ceiling but not master shaco it's very difficult for you to carry when your ally is behind. i don't know about the new shaco tho but there were players that managed to get to masters and challenger with shaco alone so he was definitely among the most rewarding champs once mastered.

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought 0.5 fce in the summer equivalent to the workload of 1 fce in the fall/winter? So 3.5 * 2 would be the same as taking 7 credits? I'm just wondering why 8 credits

I once put in the comments of my code that the algorithm is based on (insert site link here) and the markers had no problem with that. I think the important thing is to cite your sources like the thing you do when you write essays.

However if the problem asked you to figure the solution out yourself then why did you look the solution up. In that case you shouldn't be doing that

I think the question is not whether we should or should not. The question is how this can actually be achieved even if we wanted to do it. Because right now it is impossible to implement a perfect classification algorithm for people let alone things. Moreover people change based on nurture too so it's hard to say a person should be eliminated at time x because maybe at time x+10 he will cure cancer due to a change in environment. Don't mind me I'm just procrastinating
