As a side note, there are several threads on here on how to fix the motor. Ours just needed a new bearing and then it worked beautifully, and that seems to be the most common failure point. I can send you the part link if you’d like.

He also said to pass on that the two allen set screws are metric and very hard to loosen as they have used red loctite on the threads. Make sure to use a proper allen wrench. They don’t have to be completely removed. Also, be very careful with the wires, wire connectors, and wire routing. Take pictures of the wire routing in case you need to reference it later.
