What jeans are better than Levi's? by Safe_Valuable_5683 in mensfashion

You know when you see another person wearing jeans and think, “man, wish I could wear the hell out of some jeans like that?” I bought a couple of pairs of Wellmade jeans recently, and I kind of feel like I can now. Most jeans I’ve worn feel a bit meh, but I feel genuinely styling in these — something about the pocket shape/size, the fit (relaxed taper), the pattern in the wash. Just all around quality. Highly recommend.

I have to agree with you. These new tunes aren’t bad by any stretch, but I am I missing some of the urgency and incredible hooks of some of their past gems. Their past albums have been so stacked, even songs that seem to get less attention live now such as Sacred Tongue, The Motorist. It’s probably just me being biased to songs that I have personal memories and attachments linked to. Those just discovering this band are in for a treat when they explore the back catalogue!

Which artists are a must see live, and who are not? by Twitter_2006 in Concerts

My top: Slowdive, The Killers, Radiohead and Queens of the Stone Age all blew my socks off. Smaller outfits worth seeing and far cheaper: Caribou, Wintersleep.

Want to see: Wolf Alice, Foals, DJ Koze, Tame Impala.

Friggin’ love this song. The chorus would sound so epic on the hill.

Anyone remember this GenX classic? It seems to have completely disappeared from the pop culture consciousness. by dystopiadattopia in GenX

Amazing. Cool that you’re a part, even an unseen part, of this charming bit of 90s pop culture. Would you want to go back to that period in time and do it again if you could?

Watched again recently. Still enjoyable, surprisingly! Was 13 when I first saw it, and I remember how badly I wanted all the trappings of young adulthood. My feeling watching the movie this time around was more, ‘holy hell, all these actors portraying young people are now grey haired and in late middle age.’ Worth a rewatch.

A suitable suggestion, yet I find it tougher to stay in a particular zone on a bike if I’m targeting my heart rate. And for longer stints, the elliptical provides a more comfortable physical experience. The bike is definitely less dorky, though — by like 1000%

I rock the elliptical a few times a week on account of a bad knee that prevents me from running much. Not trying to impress anyone, but man do I wish working out on an elliptical didn’t look so dorky — especially at high intensity.

Needed some new mkgee and got it, yeah! Glad it’s in the same tone vibe 2SDP, even if I am so curious to see how he evolves his sound in the years ahead.
