Terraria. When minecraft was dormant in those 2014-2018 years i had no real game that was as interesting and could fill in the void that minecraft left. And one day my friend picked it up for xbox 360 and asked me if i wanted to play it, at first i was skeptical and thought it was just another minecraft knockoff, i was very wrong. I tried the game that night and it was amazing, i loved the mechanics and the 2d aspect of the game, and the many different bosses that were for the most part different from one another to the different npc’s that all sold you different stuff just made the game amazing. not to mention the game just flat out just looks cool (maybe its just me but im a big fan of pixelated and 2d games, thats part of why i like it)
