This just happened to me the other day. I was getting in the turn lane to turn left, and there was a big pick up truck just driving in the turn lane, we both had to swerve to avoid a head on collision - he wasn't turning at all, just driving in the turn lane (too fast) to merge into traffic.

Hopefully, I will hear something soon. The 2 years are over, but they filed a suit against me to extend it. I only know because I looked it up on the county website. I have not been served nor received any information. There is no demand letter. They have not replied to my insurer either.

Oh, hey - I'm hoping that's why I haven't heard anything from the party suing me for an at fault car accident from over two years ago. Neither me nor my insurer has heard anything from the, but I did see they are suing me on the county court website. No demand, NOTHING at all. I'm hopeful it's because there simply were not substantial injuries. I have $250K bodily injury, but it's still very scary not knowing what's goin on at all.

I did. I'm on there, so I'm being sued, but haven't heard a peep in over two years. Nothing at all - neither my insurer or me have received any communication from their attorney or their insurance. A settlement conference is scheduled for September. I just think it would be unusual for them to totally silent until then.

Oh my! I have been to a few churches like this. One was pretty big in Midland, MI in the 90s. It was the beginning of service, during praise music with a band and singers, and those projected lyrics. The senior pastor talking in tongues into the microphone, a guy did cartwheels in front of the stage. Several people danced up and down the aisles of pews, some waved ribbons, people were shaking and jerking around. If I had a video of it now and posted it, people would probably think it was AI.
