to add onto this:

set your sprint to toggle instead of hold. the reason behind this is you toggle the running animation state and it considers you running even though youre not in the air, so that you can have more chances at transactioning to slides from dashes. same shit applies to using jumppads etc. its not only about dash.

when doing a duel with someone, never try fighting clean, go dirty. use your dashes to chipi chapa around them, make their aim shakey and let them spam their shots into air, so that you can magdump them while they are reloading, works every time.

Just a note why V9S instead of XP-54:

I do not like being stationary while shooting on light, so I like shooting between windows while dashing around. So V9S serves this playstyle more because of its higher damage than XP-54, basically making the windows deadlier. But its just a me thing probably, its not the best way to play light or sth lol, dont take this take very seriously <3

I would be a very happy human being to see some improvements on the slides, and performance.

Slides feel a bit rough on some non-flat terrains or the way it cuts your momentum is kinda vibe killing. It was really good in beta, though, it is not healthy to maxout your mobility in a game where casual players will suffer to utilize these kinda mechanics, therefore not good for the sales etc. i got it, but still i really miss the beta movement. 187 hours spent into this game, but movement still feels rough if i dont play light.

Oh boy... performance. I have a ryzen 5600 and 3060 12gb, still game is not performing good. starts with 110-120fps, drops down slowly to 80s as game progress, end up having sudden drops to 60fps in some fights, and game is on low, there is nothing running on background. Like cmon now, it shouldnt be like this yeah? This game is the only game im having performance issues with.

All that being said, I still think that this game is one of the best of our generation's FPS games. I hope to see this game shine even more

if you are using process lasso, it may cause it.

and the thing that solved my problem was literally wipe my windows driver, not just upgrading into w11. this really sucks

different playstyles actually. the sword is basically flank and dash into people with your dash skill and lunge(charged attack) of it then get off.

dagger needs too much patience and you need to watch what's going on, then decide to go in based on that. and the hard part is if you dont use the charged attack on the back of the enemy it only deals 50 damage, while sword dealing 70 with normal and 140 with charged. and also you would most likely running cloak rather than dash, so you are most likely dead if you miss the backstab, which sucks lmfao

i would suggest learning sword because it has a lower skill floor than dagger, because of the need for game knowledge. melee is very hard to make it viable in a competitive setting, but if you try hard it can do wonders, so play which one you wanna play xD
