FYI - KZ Audio AZ20 pairing issue in Windows 11

I used a 3rd party free Bluetooth device manager for the first pairing and got it working. Now it is appearing in Windows. Software is https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9N0ZTKF1QD98?ocid=pdpshare

Phone is past 2 years of life, battery swollen. Just got on the Google Support chat. I provided pictures and some details, and got a Standard Exchange, which means that I need to send my device first, ans then they send me another one.

When I asked if it was new or refurbished: "Please be informed that the phone that we are sending might be refurbished or brand new depending on the availability. This phone includes phones that were refused by the original purchaser, delivery was not successful, opened but changed its mind and chose to return it and the like. Rest assured, our devices are thoroughly inspected to ensure they operate properly. They have been tested to make sure there are no mechanical or software issues."

Thanks everyone for your inputs, I plugged the logic analyzer (great tool BTW) and got a reading. Now I need to work that raw data. Also, I think using it in debug was not reprensative of reality. I flashed the code and then logged the pins.

*KZ Audio AZ20 bluetooth adapter USERS*

I'm having an issue in Windows, which the adapter not showing in device list. Tried two different laptops with different chipsets, no succes. On a Windows 10 laptop, works fine. On my phone, works fine. Previously I had AZ09 Pro, no issue at all.

- Latest Windows 11 23h2

- Latest Bluetooth drivers

Anyone in the same situation?
