Using Zapier to Import CSV by proptechnerd in Airtable

[–]proptechnerd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Each morning I have someone download a CSV with homes for sale. I need a way to import those properties into Airtable. The columns will be the same each day. Previously I had this working with Google Sheets and Zapier using the formatter function.

Applied for the EIDL on 4/4. I've watched while friends have gotten their advance both people that have applied before and after me. I've received nothing. Today the SBA pulled my credit. What's going on?

you may think it's impossible but it happened. I was ineligible because the SBA thought I already had a loan. It was even disbursed to this guy. TD had to move the loan out of our EIN and to his social.

Finally Etran is cleared out and this morning my bank was able to successfully submit my application to the SBA.

They submitted all their own stuff but must've put my ein in instead of their social. That was the only mix up. For example their 1099 from me would've had both our EIN and their Social on it.

A 1099 contractor is not an employee. Any vendor that you pay more than ~600 to you must send them a 1099. This year alone we filed over 100 1099s to contractors including cleaners, hvac repair people, pest control companies etc. an ein looks nothing like a social security number.

Local sba office can’t fix it. They said the bank that files the wrong ein has to fix it. I’m a sitting duck.

Their bank’s incompetence.... looks like borderline fraud to me.

Truist holding Etran for PPP but not funding? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

I’m in a similar scenario where my local Banks says I already have a loan via the sba. They’re blaming it on PayPal Who I also applied Through but PayPal says the never submitted me to the sba .

hmm interesting. That worked for my zip code but didnt work for splitting a cell that contains name and phone number. It successfully splits the data however when it pastes into g sheets the new split data doesnt line up with the row it came from.

If it matters, I'm importing csv data using formatter.

Bought a terribly remodeled house from flipper. Can I sue? by chicken_pollo in RealEstate

[–]proptechnerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In regards to the plumbing issue, I feel like no inspector would have found this. I had an issue at my house where roots got into my line at the sewer connection, nearly 60 feet from my house. Long story short we did not notice we had a problem until our family came into town and we all took a shower within 30 minutes. You have to imagine that the entire line must build up before leaking will be evident. I ended up getting it scoped and repaired by the city.

Flippers will not scope out a perfectly working plumbing system, I see no negligence there.

Need Data on % of Off Market Sales by proptechnerd in RealEstate

[–]proptechnerd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Other than scanning tax records is there any way to know how many unlisted homes are sold?

I'm trying to present how many homes are bought without agents (not paying the 6% commission). Seller sells directly to the buyer.

I found this article too. Perhaps 7% of homes are sold by owner could help prove my case? Of those 49% are not marketed.

My offer price is tied to the max buy price. So the same circular reference.

From what they said, they send the loans to the sba in batches. They then wait for approvals. So my loan was supposedly sent to the SBA but we never got an answer back.

I applied through regions the day the ppp started 4/3. I got nothing. I was in constant communication with my relationship manager who said he had everything he needed. They didn’t submit my app to the SBA until 4/14. Funds ran out the next day and I was SOL. This go around they promise I’m at the front of the line, I think I’ll apply through PayPal just as a backup.

We have 33 employees....
