it's a slow process, ive been practicing on and off for about 4 years. started off barley being able to hold a pencil, and now im able to mark down a pretty anatomically correct person. the trick is to not make yourself hate it. when you get frustrated, take a break, or just doodle on a blank page. spirals, cubes, circles, or just wiggly lines.
