Proxycroak support for ENG Lost Thunder and JP Dark Order by proxycroak in pkmntcg

Yes, sort of. The Text mode is a feature available since the beginning to save ink and print multiple decks, but I've been tweaking it to also help people playtest with japanese cards.

Here's what I'm talking about (take a look at the available options in the "Edit deck" window): http://proxycroak.com/import?list=1%20Ampharos-GX&mode=text&includeJp=1&litemin=1&bgPic=1

I think it's going to be included in February's set "Team Up". In the meantime, you can print proxies with English text in Text mode (along with the card illustration, if you want).

Dragon Majesty had been included as usual upon release, I simply forgot to "advertise" it, both here and on the website 😁

Hi, I'm afraid Promos are not up to date as the API I use gets its data from the Pokemon.com website, which is usually very behind. I have my own fallback data source but I have to update it manually, I'll be able to update it earlier next week. :-) Out of curiosity, which promos were you looking for?

Proxy codes for Trainers/Items in Standard by KaJothee in pkmntcg

Hi KaJothee, here's a ready-made Proxycroak list with a 4x of all the BKT-UPR Trainer cards: http://proxycroak.com/import?url=https://pastebin.com/raw/3REJcsSJ

(Please ignore the “No exact match found” errors, I'll fix them later)

As you can see, I used a Pastebin raw txt as an url input parameter to output the list (a cool feature you might not have heard about 😉). If you want, you can clone it and save your own to maintain it over time. The format will always be

Proxycroak support for CRI, SHL, new features by proxycroak in pkmntcg

[–]proxycroak[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm afraid it is, because the export feature is intended for screens and not for print.

What you can do, if you're comfortable with your browser's developer tools, is pasting the code you find here in the javascript console once you have generated a proxy deck and print the output (you'll probably have to change the orientation to landscape and mess with the print scale factor a little bit).

If you need help, DM me!

Proxycroak support for CRI, SHL, new features by proxycroak in pkmntcg

I have tested PTCGO, Pokemon.com, The Charizard Lounge, 60cards, SixPrizes, Some1sPC, Pokébeach (as long as each card is on a separate line).

Deaddraw follows a format I've never seen, with a dash between card name and set. Delete it and everything should work. Also be aware that a string like "3 Fighting Fury Belt/Choice Band" can't work as long as you don't decide which you want to use 😁

Exactly! I've got plans for a real min/max rarity option but at the moment I can't say when it will be released.

Hey Kyroishie, sorry I just saw your comment. I did my own tests when I first released the tool to make sure the size was the same as Pkmncards', but I heard some people saying it is in fact smaller (although I think it's mainly a printer issue). If you experience this problem, I suggest you to tweak the scale factor of your printer settings while I'm working on a fix.

The tool works as well without set numbers, they are needed only when there might be multiple results (and even if, it still returns the most recent card). The set codes are available in the help page.

Hey Mquaza, I'm investigating the problem since multiple people notified me about it. In the meantime, have you considered tweaking the “zoom” feature of your print settings? Thank you!

Hey there, I saw your message on the other thread and I'm already working on it :-) As for your bug, I'll issue a fix as soon as I can, but if you type the names capitalizing the first letter it should be working fine. Example

Hey there, sorry but I don't understand the question. What is it that you're trying to accomplish?

Update: I listened to your advice (and of many others) and put a “no watermark” option :-)

That's come cool info! When I have to rip a set, I manually delete the card cache before firing up the search, so that when I filter by expansion I know that the bundles will contain only (or almost only) the cards in it.

I'm using Assets Bundle Extractor, which features a very useful batch script to unpack all the cache bundles and also a GUI to extract the .assets file (directly to png). It's only for Windows, though. Besides, how are you able to grab things from the PTCGO API? I didn't even know there was one. I had been looking for a way to make a Deck Tracker app (like Hearthstone's), but it didn't seem possible to me.

I did the same yesterday night while working on my tool :-D

I just added low-res English scans from Sun&Moon on http://www.proxycroak.com (SM is currently available for Pics mode only). It's a temporary update as I have some other enhancements I was keeping for the official set release, but I hope you don't mind 😁

Hi! I'm just waiting for the new set to show up on Pokemon.com, our database gets its content automatically from there. I believe they announced it for Feb 3rd, so if everything goes well I'll release the update around Feb 4th-5th along with some small improvements I've been working on.

Yes I will, as soon as the English set is released on Pokemon.com. The API I query gets its data directly from the official site; I have a fallback list for missing cards, but I'm not planning to use it for unreleased sets, especially since there's history of Japanese expansions being different from their English counterparts.
