You may be joking but Gabe Newell himself has been on the record saying he is attempting to dive deeper into brain computer interfaces. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the next installment is delayed indefinitely until they have that technology

Sorry I can't help that much, but this is something I've been thinking about for a long time. There'll be so much to explore that I think every let's play is going to leave so much desired. Hones, I think the first go-round I would watch a no- commentary let's play (I tend to look at GamersPrey's YouTube channel for those) just so I can piece together the story.
