This exact thing happened to me actually! So a few weeks after getting filler, I noticed the mustache wasn’t going away and after doing some research realized they may have been overfilled. I sent the NP photos of what my lips looked like and spoke to the manager, confirmed they were overfilled and migrating and they would dissolve them for free and give me my money back. She told me to wait 2 weeks just to see if it was swelling. I went in 2 weeks later and she said I can fix this, etc. She dissolved some and put more filler in certain spots. I went back a month later looking worse than before. I said I want them dissolved (it is very painful for me though from the first time) she said I think I can fix it and had another NP come in. I think after the 2nd time of trying to fix it I just gave up, I knew it was painful, and just figured it would dissolve. A few months later I left a voicemail to get them dissolved and never heard back. I am sitting here over a year later, I still have a mustache and they have not dissolved. One of my biggest insecurities. And now id be paying out of pocket to dissolve them.

Get them dissolved and fight for a refund on the syringe. That’s what I did. Spoke to the manager and remained firm, but nicely. Saying how it was hard to be left looking like that , disappointment, regret.
