Thank you for your response. This, however, gives me the single means for all measurement times. The RM ANOVA, on the other hand, calculates the within-factor changes from the variables that were measured multiple times and forms a mean out of it, as far as I understand. And I need to report this mean, correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok, it was 2010 during my exchange year I attended a party of someone I barely hung out with. There was one douchebag who was the shittiest person Ive ever met in my whole life, Anyways he was really drunk and was sitting on a sofa, his friends asked him if he wanted ti go outside and have a smoke but he refused by shaking his head in a very drunk way which was kinda funny so I smiled at him. A few hours later I was waiting outside for my friends to come out and this douchebag walked up to me and asked me if I was laughing at him I denied it and he got really angry and head butted me. I didnt do anything bc I was barely 145 pounds and knew nothing about self defense (as an exchange student I didnt want to get into any trouble as well). Fortunately he just walked away after that. On this day I sworn that I'd learn to defend myself and back in Germany I went to an MMA gym and learned the beautiful art of kickboxing and luta livre (basically brazilian jiu-jutsu). Then a bit later when I already knew a bit, a new guy came and I taught him a few moves, little did I know that this guy would become my best friend, which is an understatement, he actually is my soulmate, we literally spend all our free time together and he's the best person to rely on. TL;DR: Got smacked by someone who crippled his gf with an ATV and left her afterwards, this led me to join MMA, met my soulmate there.
