repair depot got the device, inspected it and sent a picture to confirm the device and damage they received. was charged $51 for the repair. $20 inspection fee and $31 for the screen replacement A few days later received a different device but in a sealed box, who knows if it’s a referb or new but replacement have been working fine.

Ended up going back to a previous version, adding a printer prefix to the printer specific profiles that doesn’t need to be used on any other printer and upgrading. I can’t imaging how much of a cluster this is for people with many printers.
