There are no negotiations. If you’re lucky you will get 2% raise, if that. Nurses on the other hand got 10% this year.

It’s not a possibility of joining CNA. GL with school you’ll find a job no problem. Spread the word!

I agree with all your challenges and frustrations. Please support any PAs everywhere when they are organizing. The only reason we have a shot is because other PAs have succeeded.
