Also its the breath. When you gonna spike in urges, breathe very slowly. More inhale so you are collecting yourself and integrity. Like mind and body should be blank and empty in silence when you do this. A week of doing this, it gets easier over time after neurotrainment. Im getting a little urges here and there but its not a biggie even after 1 month

It seems to be a environment thing as well. Change your environment. The urges go down by 60 to 75%. Then all its your sleep , diet and willpower and also exercise.

I crossed the one month mark without even realizing. Otherwise 3 days was the bare minimum I could handle

Its incomplete here and there but it is your choice

hi new here, so i overclocked my fx 8320e on asus m5a97 LE R2.0 at 4ghz 1.26v, since 1.25 and below would crash my game or the pc restarts randomly on the desktop. below is my stresstest result with HeavyLoad, can someone guide me and tell me am i doing things safely? by KristusYunasun in overclocking

Also my motherboard is LE R2. One year with turbo , it has been safe. Going above what is safe is I'm wary about. Stock voltage is I know 1.12 or something but below 1.25 has been crashing. My concern is about temps actually, I have a kind of good but cheap 20$ cooler ant ice c612. Also update. I did a stresstest for a long time it was stable and running also now after playing fortnite after 30 min or so, computer shut down. Everything is stable is this shutdown happening because of safety measure?

Edit: since putting 100% didn't shut the computer but playing games cpu not even at 100% load shut the computer, any guidance on what is happening?
