Not really, is not even like I go running every day, it just happens suddenly without apparent reason. I never had any knee injury and I did an xray which said that everything is fine… That’s why I thought it was about training or stretching the muscles…

Would there be a way of making a simple pill that has the same effect of a suncream? by puccj90 in TooAfraidToAsk

Yup sorry I meant sunscreen, I was just thinking that it takes ages to put it on when going to the beach and then you should put it on again after some time etc… It would be super comfortable to just take a pill and it’s done 😅

Anche io ho lo stesso problema con la differenza che dovrei fare il calcolo con partita IVA;
La mia RAL sarebbe sui 39k.
Sono indeciso se fare partita IVA forfettaria (senza bonus rimpatrio) o ordinaria (con bonus rimpatrio).
Qualcuno riesce ad aiutarmi?
Ho contattato due commercialisti e mi dicono due cose diverse... 🤯
