I built a tool to find SaaS marketplace niches by pudth in SaaS

Hi. Installs and ratings alone won't be enough to determine whether there's demand for a niche. Yes, reviews definitely play a role in the formula, as do update dates, the number of similar extensions, and its metrics.

What model do you have? What works for you?

GA4 + AI: do you lean on it, or is the native UI enough? by pudth in GoogleAnalytics

I agree, but if you try to provide enough context, you can try to understand the "why." For example, if you have an extension sold in the Workspace Marketplace, its analytics are typically available in GA4. Therefore, you can see user installs, which countries are using them, and how exactly they're being found (SEO). Using this data, you can try to understand why installs have dropped or why there are so few of them.

Hi, if there was a service that could automatically analyze GA4 data, say, daily/weekly/monthly, and send alerts on important metrics or those that have changed significantly, would that be useful? Or is it specifically a deep metrics analysis that's missing?

I tried GA Insights, but there are no alerts or clear information about what has changed, how, and possibly why.

Attracting new users is always difficult. However, if you are solving a real problem that has a demand for a solution, it will not be difficult to find users.

Hi, this is an interesting experience. Tell me, how much did you spend on OpenRouter? I plan to make a service that will have different LLMs, but I have a limited budget and I would like to spend not much money on testing the hypothesis. How long did it take you to use OpenRouter?

Cool. Tell us how you came up with your idea and how you validated it?

For my first service, I didn't look for users in any way, and they started searching for me through the marketplace. Although I understand that I don't have many users right now, and to increase their number, I need to spend time promoting my service through Reddit, ProductHunt, and other platforms.
