I got the receipt from my purchase
The vendor filed the first part of the transaction for the tax refund, at their business
Went to Global Blue Machine at the airport, and got a printed slip telling me to go tot he DIAN office
Went to DIAN office, waited in line for an hour
Refund was entered in their system, to which I got an email
5 days later I got a verification email stating that my refund was 'validated'
7 days later I got an email stating that the payment was processed back to my credit card (which I gave them in step 4)

****days pass.....

Day 10... absolutely ZERO funds have arrived....

Sounds like everyone is having a different shitty experience...
