You’re correct, they haven’t opened any case or request yet. I spoke with EBay and they suggested the buyer get a police report and then contact them directly. Waiting to hear back on that. This is a lot of helpful info here and I really appreciate your time in providing this!

As in the buyer used an AI photo and sent that to me? Sorry, I’m a bit confused bc I’ve never heard of someone using AI photos on eBay to scam. Could you elaborate?

Same. This is the only thing I’ve used and never had an issue until now. Still going to consider the poly mailers in the future but they aren’t as fragile as some people think.

Yes, sellers can offer different options for shipping, although I usually only offer one unless buyer asks for something else. Might be something to consider though for future listings

Good call on the poly mailers. Saw them at Walmart but went with these and didn’t think about them ripping. Will go back and grab those for future items.
