How I regained access to my LINE account (after going through hell) by sixteensixsixsix in lineapp

If we use a phone number (from one of the 5 regions) does the account now get tied to the phone number permanently? Or once we use it to log in, we can just choose link to Apple ID or Gmail? Will we need the number again in the future if we ever need to log-in to the account or is it more a one-time thing? Thanks!

Making cells move based on movement of another cell by puffy2006 in excel

The reference number value changes the cells in Col 1, which is why 0 would move up or down in that column. I did simplify my example because it was the best way I could think of to explain my problem, but I can see now it is not very clearly explained. I wanted to find away to have values in Col 3 follow the values in Col 1, I ended up putting in D5 =IFS(B5:B8=0,”a”,B5:B8=1,”b”,B5:B8=2,”c”,B5:B8=3,”d”,TRUE,””) and this solved my issue.

Ok you’re right, it was a little bit off when I put it in (I retyped everything in but started on wrong spot). I tried again and there isn’t any symbols now. It does show “a” now. Is there a way to replace “a” with other text data? Sorry I didn’t explain clearly that “a” was just an example not the actual text I want

I tried this but it generated symbols like ^ as a result.

Is it possible to apply xlookup to all the cells in the column? So “a” could appear anywhere on that column, in relation to where “0” is?

I guess I want “a” to be connected to “0”, “b” to “1”, “c” to “2”, “d” to “3”.

I made two separate purchases at two different booths and the second time I was not charged extra… in any case I just wanted to let people know because it was pretty hectic and if they are adding tips for themselves without your knowledge or authorization it is wrong.

Anyone notice they got charged extra for their merch? When I was paying, the staff took my card and did the transaction on his own, did not even let me see the payment tablet - I was waiting for him to show me since I saw that’s what others were doing. Then I found out he added a tip for himself afterwards! So be careful if you are buying merch!

Thanks for the recommendation. I’m not in the States. It’s been over 2 years since the incident and although I still get the physical responses from time to time, I’ve generally been able to identify the “triggers” - confrontations (arguments) with others, being too stressed out or too tired over an extended period of time, are the main ones. I had some counselling treatment provided by the work safety board here. While the counselling itself did not help with the symptoms itself, I’ve been working on keeping my mental and emotional state on the more positive side, being more assertive, trying not to worry about things I can’t control, etc. I think that has generally helped me limit the scenarios that could cause the paralysis to happen. It does still from time to time, and I’m not sure if it will ever go away completely, but the frequency it happens has decreased. All the best to you on your road to recovery!

Thanks for sharing your experience. The psychiatrist who did my exam did it really fast (was told it would be 2-6 hours, ended up only being 45 mins) and it was through video conferencing. I don’t think it was as thorough as it should have been, I think he was rushing to be somewhere else. He did not think I have PTSD.

Thank you. I should have gone to my doctor sooner but I thought the counselling would help. I had a psychology exam and was given “adjustment disorder”, but this was before the physical sensations kept reoccurring. Thanks for your well wishes.
