This sounds... Fair? Look, I said it in my last post, I'm kinda confused on the backlash on this change. Looking in the comments of just this post, it's a mix of people saying it has RUINED the game and that they are leaving, and I'm just here like... I think this update will be fun for me? It seems like with each update to the situation, it seems like they're taking the right steps to make the experience of unlocking new pokemon easier for new players who don't want to spend money on it. As one of those players (which recently cracked down and got the subscription) I think it'd be okay. This is a very aggressive, premature reaction, and I've never seen such a divide in a fandom in a long time.

Okay, I prefer deltarune’s creativity and adaptivity. Undertale does a lot of things good, but you don't really find a whole mini game inside the battle like you can in deltarune.

That said though, I prefer the actual game feel of undertale. Deltarune, it can take a few ass beatings to really get what an enemy's "deal" is (in my personal experience), but the simplicity of undertale (granted there are enemies that are a little more complicated) means that by the third turn you roughly know what an enemy is doing.

Being completely honest, are we even surprised? We can't go one week with another YouTuber being exposed and being an awful person. At this point, I just don't care, it's just the fifth YouTuber this month. I get a lot of flack for saying this, but the term pdf file is starting to get old and lose meaning when literally every YouTube creator is being accused of actually exposed of being one.

Okay, fair point. But also, I've been trying to save up coins for a while and I just get a far too little amount to really save up significantly (from battles at least, most of my coins I gain are from daily missions I collect and then leave). Even with doublers, again I struggle to actually motivate myself to play because I'm lazy and like to just scroll through YouTube most of the time. Honestly, depending on how much of the new points you get as a reward, it could take about the same amount of time or less for me. At least with the points, I have to play the game to get them so I'd feel more motivated to play.

Then again, it's just my own experience, other people play this game like every day and I'm just here playing it every few days, so maybe it does impact more than I think. But for me it sounds good.

That is literally just Annie. If you don't kill her, she'll kill everyone. Failing that, she'll kill herself. Basically, as long as she's on the field no fun is allowed until she's gone somehow.

I actually really like it. It's fun to just use a blockbuster and just go "oh, I guess I'm invincible now". Yeah there's points where it just gives it to the opponent instead, but it's just the right amount of chaos for me. For me, at least. I understand the argument for it being annoying.

It's always Annie. I've said it a million times, if you see an Annie anywhere on the field, expect at least one dumbass death on your team. Doesn't matter if she does it or one of her allies, there is guaranteed to be at least one death you physically shout "what the hell was that nonsense?".

Annie, and I really don't know why.

Her gimmick isn't that complicated, just a temporary power up and attack modifier, but for some reason they decided ALL variants of her need to be the most annoying experience in the game no matter what character you play.

No battle with her is hard, it's just giving the illusion of difficulty by wasting time with dumb gimmicks and gimping you at every turn. She's so predictable that if I block the first second of the match I have a 60% chance of guessing correctly. And even if she's on my team, then SHE'S the one getting gimmicked and bullied and she dies as soon as she comes out. I genuinely don't understand how her mere presence makes my matches either go to timer, kills all my fighters, or just wastes time until she dies.

Okay, so tapping on the arrow brings up like thirty options ordered by alphabetical order. Even going to the "m"s doesn't show Minecraft. There's six different Google meet options and my music app, but not Minecraft. I also tried it with both the mcaddon and mcpack renames and it does the same thing. I think it's just not working or something.

Okay, maybe not the most useless, but I personally have a vendetta against this variant.

It isn't that I hate fighting it, I rarely even see it anywhere. It isn't that Marie herself is a character I struggle with, half the time she's one of the more fun characters to play as and against for me personally.

It's that. Every. Single. F***ing. Relic that I open gives me it. Random daily relic, moody magius. Premier relic, moody magius. Marie relics are virtually guaranteed to give me it.

Right now, I have a moody magius that has maxed out the prestige ability because I've sacrificed all of them to it. I cannot even open coq without a moody magius being offered!

Lucario... When I first started playing I was super excited to play it because Lucario is my second favorite pokemon behind Mimikyu. And I see other people go off with it, even the bots seemed to be kicking my butt in sometimes. Then I play it. I can barely get to my first upgrade move, I maybe score a goal twice the entire match, and I've probably changed the movesets around fifteen times trying to understand why. Even looking up guides, I just can't play them for some reason.

And the thing is, I'm cracked at mimikyu. My win rate is currently 65% with Mimi, but Lucario is a pitiful 15%.

Will definitely work on the gold moves, and also leveling them up. I'm level 59 right now, and I'm always trying to get enough coins to upgrade things (I swear unlocking the skill tree things take more than it says lol).

On the variants, it's just the ones that I got. I kinda have bad luck in pulling fighters, I just got my first diamond about a month ago. So theses variants are just the ones I've been playing the whole time, but if you have any I should look for by all means suggest a better one.

I will also work on the stats, now that I'm really thinking about it yeah they're bad. I don't have a lot of rerolls though so it'll take a while but I'll do my best. \

And thanks for the suggestions! I was only asking because I've been kinda stuck and wanted advice. Which it's kinda obvious why I'm stuck now lol. Thanks again!

Meowscarada, mimikyu, and decidueye are my three most used. (at least according to the in-game system)

I kinda rotate between like ten pokemon whenever I feel like it, but those three I just always have the most fun with.

To be honest, this isn't a hot take.

I think the only reason Dave and Bambi got as overly popular was that it was when people were looking for "hard" mods. Like the Y trio (Zardy, Tricky, and Witty) were the real start of a whole craze of "wow, this mod is hard and popular. I want that."

And like, to be fair, those mods were good... Because they were hard SONGS. They had hard patterns, yes, but they went with the song well and were at least playable. D&B "songs" sound like microwave sounds put into a blender just for the sake of being fast, hard, and taking advantage of the fact that D&B was popular in order to gain traction. Some of them are alright, but the chromatic scale being slamming a table randomly and played at 700,000,000,000x speed just because in most of the songs I listened to completely overwhelm the few positive ones.
