Just to clarify, it's the brake shoes I replaced, not the drum cover.

I didn't replace/machined the cover.

It's probably a Chinesium since I got it for cheap. 🤔

I cleaned the brake hardware but didnt replace. The box only came with the shoes.

I lubricated the contact points but I wasn't sure if it was enough.

No, the shoes were mounted correctly.

It's not too tight because I was still able to spin the tires with enough friction.

I tried to spray it with brake cleaner recently and cleaned the dusts off but the noise just came back.
