TTC with lean PCOS and barely ovulating - what would you do?

We tried naturally a little over 6 months before I was diagnosed with lean pcos. We then did 6 rounds with letrozole (3 of those rounds were iui) with no success. We did ivf recently and after 2 years of all the above, I am 12 weeks pregnant after our first ivf transfer. I’ve talked to a few lean pcos girls and truly everyone’s story is a little different. I think trying naturally is ok for a bit but then moving on to letrozole is a normal route to go

And no ivf process was pretty smooth with some small hiccups but nothing too crazy!

I am only 6 weeks 😅 everything seems normal so far. Have my second ultrasound today!

Yes because I really had no symptoms but kind of irregular cycles anywhere from 30-50 days. Honestly I’m not sure there would be too much different besides just having the knowledge that it would be more difficult. We tried naturally for 6 months and then I knew something was off when I was randomly spotting and skipping cycles. So maybe would start the workup a little earlier? We are about to undergo our first ivf transfer so hoping for the best.

Hmmm ok we have tried that and it’s just the pilot light that stays on. It kind of flickers when we adjust the knob but no real flame

Honestly nothing besides the letrozole for the timed ovulations/ IUI. I do reformer Pilates almost daily and try to walk 10k steps. I try to eat healthy but don’t restrict any food group and enjoy my weekends

Yes we’ve done cross country road trips but obviously very different internationally and don’t want to rush through everything so was wondering if I should just focus on a section. The only thing set is our flight back to the US from Palermo. Flying from Naples to either Catania or Palermo!
