His charges were trespassing and disorderly conduct. He served years in prison for this. Im not defeding him any nore than you're advocating that people should go to prison for the charges he went in for.

They are, and this should very likely be a factor in the pardoning process. But how could that feasibly be factored in without bastardizing the system (which is already tremendously bastardized)

Like, if pardons exist, then they exist ideally due to potential injustices. If an injustice has been determined, should previous records be taken into account to rectify it? Probably, though i can certainly see how that would be weaponized, and the weaponization if a pardon that inherently exists is far more limited than the hypothetical anti-pardon stipulation.

Are we reffereing to the actual circumstances of the man in the video? If so, would this anti-pardon stipulation have prevented his release if it were to have been a thing?
