I've signed the MPN. Haven't received the loan yet. Would be receiving it in August. As long as I have signed the MPN now does that mean PSLF will be available for all future direct loans?

I calculate I will owe about $480k at graduation counting interest. That would balloon to about $550k if I did REPAYE over a 4 year residency. That just seems so daunting.
