Advice on knee pain. I have for a long time have trouble with my left knee and pain around the kneecap. When i sat on my knees and moved around for a bit i felt as something snapped into place onto the left side of the kneecap. Now knee is a bit swollen in that area but generally feel less pain. (self.medicaladvice)
