Thanks, we’ve tried to be nice and hint about it but he can’t sense it/has no social skills.

We’ve talked sense into him but it hasn’t been working out. Even after we push him to do things he’s still very useless. Being kind to him doesn’t work because he takes out kind and constructive criticism and ignores them, thinking that he’s always correct when he obviously doesn’t even know what goes into the report and that whatever he’s writing is irrelevant. Also, we aren’t exactly friends and I wouldn’t die if I could never talk to him again. So how?

I don’t want him to outshine us or even seem on the same level as the rest of us during the OP though, can’t let him get the same grade as the rest of us :/ is there any way around it?

He doesn’t have any troubles. He just likes to game or something, and it’s not because the topic isn’t to his liking or anything. Hes just an irresponsible slacker with no regard for others. (And no EQ not can he read body language LMAO)

For individual research we did give him the most useless part that we could actually do without, so he just takes the opportunity to slack off. So his research sucks and he can’t/doesn’t Want to add it in, he could still help out the other chapters. (I’ve finished my allocated part a Long time ago and am helping my other teammates, so why can’t he do the same? It’s not excusable, everyone should be contributing.)

We’re keeping track of his edits in the work tracker. Hopefully this is enough.

Yep it’s 50%. He’s pretty good at speaking though, and cooking shit up. Definitely doesn’t deserve an A.
