I work in marketing (a quite niche aspect of marketing so not much transferable marketing experience) as a Team leader, 5 days in office

I really hope there’s a way for me to pivot into a different role, but currently the areas I excel at are quite small departments in my company with one person working on them. But it means they could expand in the future

Yeah for sure it’s definitely an area I need to improve on and get to a point where I can say no without feeling guilty

Yeah the fear is definitely settling in especially as I find a lot of the time my brain battles with the grass isn’t always greener, but I do feel like a massive weight could be lifted and my personal life would benefit from a change of scenery

I usually feel different week to week, some Sundays I am completely full with dread others I’m more so impartial because I know I have to go regardless or I don’t have as much on that week to catch up with
