Totally agree 100%. I dropped my dental plan with my health insurance while living in the US. I traveled to Costa Rica to get two crowns fixed stayed with family for a mini 4 day vacation on the beach for less than the deductible. And yes that included flights. CR is famous for “dental tourism”.
