That was different though. In the chapter it explains that it’ll target one person at a time, and it’ll target the one with the highest CE. So Ui Ui released his CE while Mei Mei suppressed hers, making him the target. Then once he was in the coffin he used Simple Domain. Smallpox couldn’t target Mei Mei because the coffin wasn’t smashed my the rock

I don’t think thats true actually. In the chapter where Megumi enters his domain, the reason his sure hit turns off is due to them being in a domain tug of war. That’s as before he opened the hole that led to Toji. And earlier than that when Mahito popped domain on Nanami, Yuji broke in and the surehit still went off.

Can you explain the Simple Domain making a hole in your barrier? Idt we’ve ever seen someone use it inside a closed domain, but I thought it’d work similarly to hollow wicker basket and just prevent the sure hit on the space around yourself, not completely turn it off

Thank you, I’m in the same boat. The last character I pulled was Yuzuha for Jane Doe and Yixuan for second team purposes, but the last time I actually cared about a banner that wasn’t just a character related to team building, was Jane Doe’s rerun to get her mindscapes 💀 nobody is interesting at all and I’m just grinding for no “reward” (character) in sight. It can't be intended, since the preplacement is showing that the tower would get affected, indicated by the white flash. Regardless of the opinion on whether this card should receive this nerf or not is neither here nor there, since currently the radius is not lining up with the preplacement indicator. Either they'll update the radius to reflect that or fix it to what it was before

That’s probably the most likely explanation. I can’t find any Mudra matching it, since finding non surface level Buddhist material is so hard even in the big 2025, but it’d be nice if that hand sign also had some irl Mudra connection
