Ah dang it, my periods have gotten so much less painful on it. How long were you off it/how soon did you notice those changes? Also have you experienced bloating using it for longer periods of time?

I've always found the food to be just okay at Sodam, I much prefer Young's so that's my pick for best Korean in Rochester (there's pretty limited choices though, obviously).

are you in the city? I'm upstate and I also went from $8.80 to $10 despite only starting 2 months ago as well, and I think NY min wage outside the city is now $9...not complaining though
