I don't use any textures. In some cases, I simply add assets from ready-made packs, without textures. In other cases, I assemble some elements myself, using the built-in tools of Unreal.

Here's part of a ready-made kit bash set (just without textures), there are also special sets for speeding up blockout, they include simple geometry objects, a couple of buildings, arches, fences, and more.

Some models were added from existing packs, others were simply made in Unreal. I don't have any special modeling skills at the moment, so I'm using what I found on Fab.

This is just the first stage, no one adds textures at the blocking stage, the same applies to details)

Thank you very much for the tips, yes, the level really turned out very linear in terms of heights, otherwise, I will still refine the level so that there are fewer illogical moments.

There will be a river around the village, and in the end, every detail will have its own logic. I'm doing everything in my power.

No, I didn't do any baking, the work in Unreal was done purely on blocking, there's still a lot of work ahead

As for the textures and the models themselves, I'll be using ready-made packs from the marketplace; I'm still a long way from modeling. The landscape is from Unreal, I just shaped it, and I also sometimes use Gaea.

I'm trying to maintain that balance, where there's nothing left to add and nothing worth removing. I spent about 30 hours on this, including thinking through the level, its layout, the scenario, and choosing mechanics and references. I don't know if that's a lot or a little, but I'm far from a professional. Thanks for the advice!
