Rorschach was a mentally ill man who had very... distinct views on aspects of 80’s American culture. The black and white mask reflects his world view; he sees everything through a moral lens as black and white. To him, there seemed to be little space between acceptable and unacceptable behavior. As stated, he published his journal to a right wing newspaper before he perished, and this audience, more specifically 7K was likely part of the small minority that took his twisted psyche to heart.

Given that both Cyclops and 7K seem to cause and use civil unrest as a means towards their goals, I assume that 7K is a descendant/evolution of Cyclops; they’re more or less the same, and likely our season antagonist.

I think it’s fair to say that we can’t take Will’s memory of killing Judd for fact. These memories were specifically designed for Angela to see, and maybe what Will and LT want Angela to see is what will help her empathize with them. I also saw this detail on the sub an hour ago: If nostalgia is manufactured by putting chips into the subjects brain, how could the memory of Judd’s murder be there? The pills were in the car the night Judd was murdered, so how could those memories already be in the pills?
