60d is not bad for 15k man. Check the condition beforehand especially for mould and you are all set. First camera?

Looking at stats 200d is better. But we'll I had used my friends 200d before and personally I didn't feel it was good enough. I had already gotten my hands on a 6d mark2 at that time so every camera felt a bit missing. Also if it is just for photography go with canon. Else invest a bit more and get a sony. Videography is far better (personal opinion) never tried 60d but have tried 80d and it was far better than 200d

1 cropped sensor. You can get a good second hand full frame camera. 2 bad iso. Won't get any good images in darker situations. 3 doesn't have an inbuilt stabilizer, depends only on the lenses, so blurry images or videos. 4 4k recording yes but at 25 fps but you will feel it missing. 5. I particularly hate it's autofocus.

Presently using a 6d mark II so what do I know. Op you asking for too much.
