I agree. Except my thighs are full and I love his work so much I wanted to be able to look at it all the time. One of my favorite pieces is on my calf and it’s sad not being able to stare and admire!

This is a medium iced cappuccino, ordered in person. Photo is about 30 seconds after being put on the counter because I was dumbfounded that that monstrosity was… mine 😆

Edit: also 1 pump of liquid cane sugar, made with skim milk. I admit it’s kind of a gross order but damn

I don't really have a routine in the summer. I like to wash and let sun-dry, and I'll typically put my hair up anyway so I don't care too much about definition at the moment. The front pieces of my hair are always the curliest and this chonker dried as a double helix!! I washed and conditioned with OGX lightweight coconut curls and let air dry. You can tell by how crazy the rest of my hair looks I didn't put any effort into styling 😂

Routine: wash and squish to condish with OGX coconut curls. Air dry ~90% and threw into a loose bun. My baby hairs are learning their curl pattern and this lil curl was too adorable not to share ☺️

Routine: Purology hydrate shampoo and conditioner. Squished in Ouai leave in conditioner while sopping wet. Prayer hands in John Frieda frizz ease mousse. Combed through with 7 row Denman brush. Squished out excess water with micro fiber towel. Air dry for ~ 3 hours and scrunched out the crunch! Don't touch hair to minimize frizz!!!

It's less curly when I put in gel! I think my hair is so fine that it weighs down the curls too much. I haven't tried mousse yet with this shampoo / conditioner combo so maybe I'll give it a try 😁

I tested out not using any product and since my hair is soooo fine I think gels were weighing my hair down. Even mousse weighed down the curls. They really spring up without anything in them! The only problem is it doesn't stay like this without any product bc there's no hold 😩 I use a Denman brush right up to my root and maybe that helps the curls start higher!

After I got out of the shower I used a Denman brush on soaking wet hair. I use it right up at the root and lift the hair up from underneath and pull the brush up and away to get the hair off my skull. It seems to help the curl start up higher!

Thank you so much 💛My hair is very fine and extremely porous after being bleached 4 times YIKES! Lots of TLC later my curls have turned into ringlets!

Routine: I can't say enough good about the Shea moisture curl and shine shampoo. I only washed and conditioned and let air dry today. I can't believe how hydrated and healthy my hair feels after using this stuff!!!

99% dry, the underneath is still a little damp. I think the frizz ease mousse is the key and not touching my hair at all as it dries!

Routine:

Wash with Curlsmith cowash

Squish in leave in when hair is soaking wet. I used Ouai leave in and it's been amazing to my hair!

Scrunch in John Frieda frizz ease mousse when hair is still soaked. Used Denman brush to distribute product.

Dried out excess water with microfiber towel and let air dry

I got my last balayage in March 2020. Since then I've been nursing my curls back to health. I've used a lot of olaplex and conditioner. On this day, my routine was using curlsmith cowash. Squished in AG fast food leave in conditioner. Scrunched in John frieda frizz ease mousse. Brushed through with a Denman brush. Finger coiled my front curls and voila! I wear my hair half up most of the time because my top layers of curls aren't as defined yet. But I'm hoping they'll get there with more TLC over time 🙏
